Western Beauty Institute is proud to begin its exciting day and night courses in the field of Nail Technology. The Manicuring Program which covers all phases of Manicure and Pedicure services will be taught at both the Panorama City campus out in the San Fernando Valley and the Lancaster campus located in the Antelope Valley. The WBI staff are excited about the program which began on September 21, 2009.

This minimum 400-hour program is designed to prepare students for the California State Board examination, providing theory and practical application through instruction, demonstration, lecture, classroom participation, studying textbook and related material, writing of outlines, classroom use of audio and visual film, tape slides and examination. Actual practice by the student of all completed services will be done on another person or a mannequin. Upon completion, students will have the practical experience and knowledge to seek employment as a manicurist.

The course cost includes registration, books, and equipment. Day courses are available now. You are also welcome to ask about our night courses.
