It's winter and what can we do here at Western Beauty Institute but put on another opportunity for our students to be creative, have some fun and shine through the cold winter days (well, here in California, that's pushing it a bit, but it is chilly). The students were asked to come up with their best winter fantasy hair. makeup and costume combo and let our judges pick the best of the best.

There are always some brilliant solutions and presentations and this day was no exception. Miss Martha Gutierrez officiated the event. The judges were Sandra Gutierrez, and Brandy Salinas. Judges always have the difficult task of picking the first, second and third place, but they had to select and their selections were the following:
