Recently, students in the San Fernando Valley Campus of Western Beauty Institute were challenged to come up with their best “Evening” and “Fantasy” makeup production for Valentines Day. Students chose to do either evening makeup or fantasy makeup or both. The event took place on Valentines Day in the Senior Room of the Panorama City campus.
Participants created sleek and sexy evening looks, or wild and crazy fantasy extravaganzas like the butterfly, the fairy princess, poison ivy and others. Ms. Flor coordinated the event.
