Ads also appear in the Lancaster and Panorama City PennySaver publications listing WBI’s services.

The Mothers Day Special offers a hairstyle, facial and makeup application for a low price, and can be purchased as a gift directly from Western Beauty Institute at 2733 West Avenue L in Lancaster.
